About Policing In Woodford
Policing in Woodford Halse & the surrounding area is provided by Northamptonshire Police.Our area is known as “Daventry Rural”.
In addition, Woodford policing is supported by our PCSO, sponsored by the Parish Council and paid for as part of the Council Tax. Our PCSO works with the public, community groups, police officers, special constables and partners in other local authorities and voluntary groups, to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour.

Woodford’s PCSO
Our PCSO is Carl Barton who was designated PCSO for Woodford Halse in March 2014. Carl has been a PCSO for 16 years. Prior to taking over here, he was based in Staverton and knows the Daventry area and Woodford too.
